So this is the 4th book I've read of Riley LaShea in the last month and it pretty much confirms her as a new "go to" author for me.This was a really sweet continuation and finale to the 'Meddling Friends' series with Laken and Kelsie being a fantastic couple to follow. The tone of rom-com continues wrapped in a lovely romance...again, no major drama, but plenty of happenings occur to keep the reader amused and engaged. Can I just say I particularly love that Kelsie is always honest with Laken and the ability to communicate effectively is such a great thing to see...
And, we get the author's hallmark ability to write excellent scenes of intimacy, fantastic dialogue, touch our hearts, and land a laugh when we least expect it. Really well done and a nice treat of a read.
This is not a standalone book and I'd advise you to pick up the whole series, sit back, and enjoy yourself...because you definitely will.

I really liked it! This was a great way to conclude the 3 part series.
Sweet, tender, sexy, a lot of chuckle moments, a gorgeous island, many coincidences, slippery slopes, unexpected company, an orphan, physical activities of all sorts and the most romantic evening ever. Yes, this is an amazing humorous romance and I don't like it that this is the end of a great, drama free series. I have enjoyed it a lot and I will definitely reread all 3 books.
