A serial killer is someone who has killed three or more people. It was interesting to read about how serial killers are known for both organziaed and disorganized behavior. They are also categorzied by non-social and anti-social behaviors. It was not surprising to read about them normally having a troubled childhood (i.e., abuse). The chapter of motives was disturbing. For example, Belle Gunness is said to have killed to simply collect cash and other valuables. I would recommend this book for anyone interested in understanding what goes on the mind of a serial killer.
Not only do I now know how to tell by looking at some traits when a person is a psychopath, I can also read a person's past childhood by looking at their behavior. This book is an interesting read about the psychology of a criminal. The stories about boy-serial killers alone is very interesting.
Grab yourself a copy, it makes for an interesting study on psychopaths. Highly recommended for professors of psychology subjects.
I was interested in this subject and by previous reviews chose this book. I am very pleased that I did it is a quick and concise read jam packed with great information.
If you like serial killer stories, you are going to love this book because it explains the inner mind of a killer/criminal. The author has done a grest job in creating a page turner.
